'I don’t like to leave bad reviews so I’ll start with the location of the place is great. When we arrived we could tell it’s been a while since anyone has stayed here. The back porch was filthy so my husband never even sat out outside the entire time. I didn’t come to clean so i did what I felt like which drove my allergies nuts for the rest of the stay. 'The house is beautiful and nicely furnished. The master bed was very comfortable. Great location on the Ellijay River. The hot tub worked well and was so relaxing. We enjoyed the patio and fire pit, but the Adirondack chairs need to be replaced because some are broken. For the price and extra cleaning fee, I was disappointed to see so many spider webs inside and outside that appeared to have been there for quite some time. It would have been nice to have a broom and some dish cloths/sponges....
