Le seul appartement en bord de mer sur la plage Ocotal, Guanacaste

Bien situé sur une plage de sable mixte unique de sable volcanique noir et coquilles brisées blanches avec cristal de quartz minuscules qui étincelle dans la lumière du soleil. baie calme et claire au sein d'une grande baie avec bassins de marée de roche, où le poisson de bébé sont protégés par des formations rocheuses en saillie dans l'océan, un site merveilleux pour la plongée avec tuba et de plongée sous-marine. Les fenêtres et les portes studio tous face à la plage, qui ouvrent sur un patio avec un jacuzzi extérieur et barbecue. Un chemin mène à la plage à environ 10 mètres. Un magasin de plongée est juste autour du coin et un restaurant juste en bas de la plage.
Le studio se compose de 2 pièces avec ventilateurs de plafond et unité de climatisation; une chambre pour un couple avec une télévision à écran plat, un coffre-fort, des draps et des serviettes pour 2 personnes, une salle de bain privée avec eau chaude courante et une kitchenette avec une cuisinière à 2 feux, réfrigérateur, mixeur, micro-ondes, four grille-pain, cafetière, évier de cuisine, couverts de table pour 2 et pots, casseroles et ustensiles. WiFi inclus.

Wonderful stay!
This place is a hidden gem- right on a beautiful beach, surrounded by nature, in a great location. Just far enough away from downtown (about a 10min drive) that you feel immersed in nature, but close enough for convince. Dense was a wonderful host, and her apartment was very clean and cute. I manged to burn myself the very first day, and dense was kind enough to offer me her aloe plants thay were in her garden. 10/10 would recommend!!

My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The hosts are kind and friendly and made several excellent recommendations for things to do in Ocotal and even helped us map out a route to our next destination. The apartment and property were clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals. We spent our evenings in the dipping pool. The beach is about 50 feet from the entrance to the apartment. The bay is beautiful and we saw dolphins near the shore on consecutive mornings. Will definitely stay here again!

great place right on the beach, dipping pool was great. we had everything to prepare meals and grilled twice while staying. the hosts were a wealth of knowledge on the area, but we never felt intruded upon. The bay was beautiful and beach was very nice, not too much foot traffic.

Really is Right on the Beach!
Location, location, location! This rental is on a somewhat private beach just steps from the gate of the rental. Felt so safe on this beach even at night. Plenty of shade from trees on the beach. Denese even provided 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, and a small cooler...perfect! The interior is modest but very clean and cheerful with everything you need. The dipping pool was very nice. The only thing they could add would be mood lights around it. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. It was a great deal and amazing!

No problems. Right on the beach and yard/patio is essentially private due to separation from the neighbors on both sides with high flowering shrubbery. Beach not crowded even on weekends. Could use a new toaster

Hidden Gem
On our way in we were concerned due to traffic and narrow roads. Once we arrived, the host greeted us and welcome us. It was a perfect little gem. Location was amazing. Lots of shade, backyard BEACH, and pool. My husband and I truly enjoyed the place. Host had everything, pots, plates, cups. Thank you Denise and Hernan! Hopefully we see you again real soon!

Little piece of paradise ✨️ Best location steps to ocean on a beautiful, tranquil beach ⛱️ Outdoor space was beautiful with little dipping pool and gorgeous plants and flowers. Denese and Hernan are the Hosts with the Mosts! They really go out of their way to make your stay an amazing one, providing you anything you can need, including help with transfers and other transportation needs. I was really happy to have met them as they made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Father Rooster is next door, it's a nice popular restaurant. The town of Coco is a 5-10 minute drive away for your shopping needs and has various restaurants. Overall I loved it and can't wait to go back 💖💞🇨🇷 Hasta Pronto

Great hosts. Great location.
Great hosts and location is awesome. Access to the beach right out of your backyard. Internet was reliable. Studio is basic and does need an upgrade and host said plans are in the works during downtime. Father Roosters is next door and good food if you want a night out. Coco Beach is about 10 mins by car. Shops have all the same stuff unfortunately. Water drinkable in the studio. Large shower. Small soaker pool on site and three other pools available for guests. Beach is clean and was not too busy which we appreciated. Good snorkelling. Small convenience store nearby but Supermarket in Coco is recommended for groceries.

A Little Piece of Paradise
This apartment is located right on the ocean. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the back yard/patio and yet it is very private. The apartment is quite roomy for 2 people and is well stocked. Denese, the host, was very thoughtful about leaving coffee and other staples we might need until we could get to the store. There were enough towels, including beach towels and beach chairs. Denese was very accessible and provided lots of good information about the apartment, complex and area. We enjoyed talking with her. Not only was the ocean right there but the apartment came with access to 3 swimming pools in the complex. The only downside, if it can be called a downside, was that there is only one restaurant within walking distance of the apartment. Others required a taxi into the town of Coco. This was outweighed by the quiet, beautiful beach away from the crowded party beaches. We were able to snorkel, walk the beach and relax. We hope to be back and would highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful in ALL ways!
What a perfect little hideaway in a beautiful place! Denese and Hernan are great! Great communication and full of good and useful information about the area and things to do. The place itself is lovely and very clean with all the things you need. We very much enjoyed our stay (wish it had been longer as there was still so much to explore). We have already recommended it to friends and hope to return if our travels ever bring us back to Costa Rica. Here are a few other things that might be helpful to others: GREAT snorkeling right from the beach! We saw cool stuff on both ends of the beach. Father Roosters has the best fish tacos ever and is a short, lovely beach walk away. Coco is within walking distance (it took us about 45 minutes). It was hot but a fun and interesting walk into town for coffee and breakfast. There are taxis available ($9) but we chose to walk there and taxi back. Easy to get to the airport (thank you Hernan!) We HIGHLY recommend this place- it was wonderful!

Adequate property if you are looking for a place to sleep and spend little down time. The place is small (studio as advertised) and the accommodations limited. The terrace/patio area is surrounded by lush vegetation which attracts insects. Even with bug spray we were bitten by insects several times. Overall is an adequate property for short days. The plus is you are right on Ocotal beach, feet away from the sand and half hour from the airport.

Volcanic sand was a treat!!
I walked the beach each morning at 6am. Loved the Volcanic sand mix. Only experienced that previously in Africa. Hot tub and patio were great!!! Lots of ants……

The drive out there is like playing Mario Kart, quite the adventure with oncoming bicycles laden with children, potholes, and trucks coming at you from the other direction. The beach is right out the door and we had a great time swimming in the ocean. Kitchen is super small but enough to make eggs and some oatmeal. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

Incredible quiet beach
Ocotal is the best beach. it is quiet, beautiful and has one restaurant you can walk to. the tide pools are amazing and ocean swimming is a must! all beautiful black sand, no seaweed or algae..... This studio is prefect. the dipping pool is warm but refreshing. the beach is steps away and very safe, plus the pools in the community are great too. It is not a party town, or full or people. coco beach is 15 mins awayand offers all that craziness. Ocotal is peaceful. the studio has cold a/c, warm showers and a perfect kitchen. we will be back
