'The sheets on one of the beds were used and not changed. There were swet and blood stains on the sheet. When I asked for a refund the employee couldn’t give me one. The manager didn’t pick up the phone when he called him. We had to come back tomorrow when the manager was there. No we can’t, we wouldn’t be in Santa Fe anymore. 'It's a older property the the comforters had cigarette Burns in them they claim to be no smoking but you could definitely smell the smoke mainly pot there was dogs barking at the doors as we walk down the hall probably won't stay there again but all in all it wasn't terrible if you're looking for a cheap room no bed bugs and don't mind a little pot smell and dogs barking but the dogs quieted down by about 8:00 I will give them that but all in all I didn't feel like I wasted my money I just think...

'The staff here was friendly and attentive. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s not fancy but it had a fridge and microwave and the room was larger than expected. The pool was small but just enough for a couple kids to burn off the remainder of their energy before bed, and the best part was that it was open from 8am-10pm!! The only complaint was that there wasn’t a gluten free option for the breakfast, but the kids enjoyed their waffle making station! The hotel is also next...
