The apartment spans two floors: the second floor features cozy bedrooms and a relaxing bathroom, while the first floor includes a pull-out sleeping couch, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining table, along with access to the delightful roof garden.

The layout includes one double bed, one single bed, and a comfortable pull-out sleeping couch for additional guests, accommodating up to five people. Other Things to Note:
House Rules:
-No smoking inside (fine of €250)
-No prostitution allowed. Penalty of €500
-Pets are not allowed, otherwise, we need to charge an additional €150 for cleaning
-There is zero tolerance for parties and additional guests
-Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 11:oo PM
-We have a front door camera for security purposes. Please note that there are no cameras inside

Interaction with Guests:
The apartment is fully yours during your stay, meaning that you can enter and leave whenever you want, since you have your own entrance!
