However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. Dirty bathroom (dust, paint flakes, tooth paste (!)), dusty bedroom, broken appliances (airco control panel loose from the wall, tap loose from the sink).
