Personeel receptie bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam, gros personeel ontbijt restaurant onvriendelijk. Veilige toegang tot 6e etage omdat kamersleutel nodig was om de lift te bedienen. 'Vorig zijn we hier ook geweest. Top locatie met schitterende natuur. Sfeervol hotel met erg goed restaurant. Mooi zwembad en goede spa faciliteiten. Het is een relatief klein hotel met relaxte sfeer. Personeel vonden we dit jaar wel iets minder attent. Er zijn een paar onderhoudsissues van het gebouw. Bed is vrij hard.'
