'Serenity Island Resort is a true South Pacific experience. Serenity is private, peaceful, and unique. It was my favorite Fiji place. The staff is so friendly. Our room was close to the water so you could hear the waves. If you want the perfect, polished, crowded hotel then this is not for you. The hotel was clean and tidy but the undeveloped part of island needs trash and brush cleanup.'

Pros: we had their biggest room, with two approx (just guessing) 3m x 4m bedrooms, 6m x 5m main room (incl kitchen).plus bathroom. Good quality interior fitout. Kitchen had fridge, 4 burner gas stovetop, microwave, electric kettle. No laundry, oven, dishwasher, or toaster. 'Everything about the property was amazing, staff are lovely, all the pools were crystal clear, I liked it that they had a separate adults only pool. The “Bula Bus” was so convenient- $11FJD for ‘hop on, hop off’ all day 9:00am till 11:30at night, anywhere around the island. This was excellent, as we could ride into Port Denaru, where all the shopping is, and cruises out to the islands.'

'The stay was great at the Sheraton - however in case of bad weather there is not so much of backup option activities.
