'Staff and environment was just top tier. From checking in, and dining in the restaurant, we had no issues during our stay. The rooms are cozy and clean and comfortable. Although the hot tub was closed off, we still enjoyed our stay. The Ohia room was beautiful. Dining dinner options was excellent and great quality food and lots to explore around volcano area! 'Aantal km's oprijlaan, maar dan een heerlijk rustgevende plek met mooie vallei en aantal watervallen daarin, bij grootste waterval ook zwemmogelijkheid, personeel erg vriendelijk, lekker ontbijt op fraai terras, matrassen uitstekend, zelfs hardheid regelbaar, ook beschikking over gedeelde keuken. Kortom zeer fraaie rustgevende plek'

'The Pacific room that we chose was wonderful. The huge veranda/ balcony gave us amazing views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding countryside, The staff were great too! The only slight difficulty was finding restaurants for dinner due to many being closed for winter, '
