'Prima accommodatie om een nachtje door te brengen tijdens een tripje. Accommdatie was schoon en netjes.Personeel was behulpzaam, toe we vroeger aankwamen en de kamer nog niet beschikbaar was, konden we al wel inchecken. Zodat wij nadat we weer op pad waren gegaan daarna gewoon door konden lopen naar onze kamer. Ontbijt was voldoende.'

'We recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Edmundston, NB, and had a great experience. The best part of this hotel is definitely the staff—they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us. We had an issue with the TV in our room, and they spent a good amount of time troubleshooting before successfully fixing it. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and courteous. Her name is Ryanne. Unfortunately, I did not learn the name of the second staff member I would like to mention. She was the server in your BW restaurant that evening - pleasant, fun and knowledgeable. I expect to be in Grand Falls again soon and look forward to my stay.'
