'We stopped in Puntarenas on our way back from the west coast to San Juan. Unless you are curious to see all of Costa Rica, there is not much at all in this area. 'Verblijf in Rancho de Lelo was een enorm hoogtepunt van onze reis naar Costa Rica. Wat onderscheidt zich vooral is de familie's gastvrijheid! De hutten zijn nieuw en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Comfortabel en schoon en een prachtig uitzicht. Het restaurant is ook uitstekend. 'Our stay in Greemount was great. The property located a bit out of the city that makes the area more quiet. The room was spacious ,very clean and with comfortable beds. It had a functional fan and we absolutely didn't need AC nor teh fan as the area doesn't get too warm. The property is family owned and it is very cute and well maintained. 'We absolutely LOVED this place! My kids said it’s hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed. The treehouse is magical, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the staff super friendly and helpful, the kitchen perfectly appointed. I couldn’t speak higher of this perfect spot. Even walkable to town (sidewalk the whole way) although a bit far with young kids. And the local store just around the corner had everything we needed. The trail around the property we walked multiple times and all enjoyed....

'For a small apartment, I was quite surprised to find it boasted 3 bedrooms. This little home featured everything I required for my stay--full kitchen, plus washing machine for my laundry. I was quite happy staying there, and Kristian, the owner, made sure I had everything I needed. More than just the owner, I met a new friend in Kris.'

'The theme of this place was really fun, but don’t expect a hotel. There was no hot water, (Luke warm at best) and the beds and sheets are more like a bed and breakfast (not matching) there is no lobby, (you check in at the bar) the staff is really nice, although one spoke no English and it made it sort of difficult to check in. The food at the restaurant was really good. The location is amazing, and the owner is happy and willing to show you around and take you places. '

'What a wonderful stay! Casa Rector was an excellent choice for our family, my brother's family and my parents. The property was well stocked with everything we needed, including life jackets for our kids. Mirabel and Arturo, the on site caretakers are INCREDIBLE!
