'There are a few issues with the listing and the property. Very happy overall with our stay. However, second bathroom door does not latch. No heat register in the second bathroom which makes it very cold. Master bedroom door does not latch. Grounds were not kept up very well. Extensions cords laying across the back sidewalk. Yard is NOT fenced in like the description indicates. We loved the location and the overall layout of the house, just needs some attention. '

'This place was perfect for our little family. Me, my husband, and almost 1 year old stayed for a few nights while we were in town to race bikes. Dustin even provided us with a pack and play and high chair so we didn’t need to travel with our own. As others have said, the house lay is a little odd because you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the other bedroom and bathroom and kitchen, but it was fine for us. '

'Great place in a great location. Close to downtown. Plenty of coffee/bars/restaurants in the area. The home was clean, and check-in/arrival was very easy. Plenty of parking in front an in the alley behind. '

'Well stocked full kitchen, comfortable bed, covered parking. Nice size for two. Say “hi” to Mike for us if you stay!'

'It was great. We were able to relax and spend time together as a family. We used all the amenities and everything was as described. The house and property were clean. The neighborhood was quiet and had lots of Christmas lights. We had plenty of room for all of us. The light in the refrigerator needs replaced and one in the downstairs bathroom started flickering today just before we left, other than that everything was perfect. Happy New Year!'

'The host of this property is great. She communicates well and was easily accessible. The property is clean and in a great location if you are looking for things south of Louisville. Great layout for families with kids and in-laws. '

'We had a great stay! Beautiful home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Great communication with host. Comfortable accommodations for 10 adults. Easy access to Freedom Hall where our event was hosted.'

'This was a great stay and the property was so well-managed! Super easy to check in, everything was in great condition. Comfortable beds, and pretty much anything you need in the kitchen. The property was spotless. They provide white noise machines to mask outdoor noises, since it's on a commercial strip, but we didn't need them. Just note that you do need to climb stairs to get to the bedrooms. Deirdre was super-responsive to questions. Highly recommend.'

'The location was great..close to everything we wanted to do and restaurants. The house was beautiful and plenty of room for everyone. We also felt safe at all times and Jane was wondering to work with. We will for sure be back if we are ever in Louisville again. Thank you!'

'We came for five nights and it was wonderful. Communication with the host was super quick if I needed it. The neighborhood is so cute and quiet. Walk to restaurants, and cheap Lyft rides everywhere else. We were so comfortable, and I loved all the little touches like nice bedding, great pillows, and little amenities that are so appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Clean, well-stocked house with comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed - utensils, cookie sheets, etc. We liked the area and the short walk to restaurants, shops, and breweries nearby on Bardstown Road.'

'Positives - As described, clean, good proximity to things to do, parking behind house, and effective for costNegatives - Immediate location is okay, but surrounding areas are pretty rough. That’s really the only complaint outside of noise from planes flying overhead. Some of the windows weren’t locked when we arrived. Not a big deal, so didn’t say anything to the host. Just thought it was weird.'
