'Thank you so much for hosting our family of 6 at your spacious apartment. Directions to the location were accurate and helpful, we had no issues accessing. We were amazed at how clean everything was and thankful for how much room we had, it really helped with our group size. We loved the location, easy access to groceries, late night pizza and the subway which was our gateway to the city. '

'The unit worked for our visit. But the space isn't as warm as the photos suggest. For example, unlike the photos there are no area rugs in the rooms or throw pillows on the sofa. The rooms are very sparsely decorated. The ceiling is peeling in the shower; some of the electric outlets don't work. In the kitchen, there were 3 coffee makers but no extra trash bags. So, while it was fine, it definitely lacked some finesse that one would expect at this price'

'Great location, walkable, safe and spacious. Host is very easy and quick to communicate.Communication can be improved on a few areas- no pull out coach as described. Appreciated late check out for a small fee but frustrating that our key card was not extended and the cleaners kept knocking and were not notified. However host was very quick to answer & remedy the issue. Lovely stay, would certainly stay again!'
