'Fantastic communication from the property owner. Just a short uber to historic St Augustine. House was cleaned and ready for us to check in earlier than expected, including cookies and snacks available for us upon arrival. I definitely recommend this property.'

'The cottage was everything we could have hoped for! I surprised my boyfriend with the stay for a holiday getaway, and it was absolutely perfect!'

'Even better in person. Perfect location. Very clean and spacious. Private. The host had wine, coffee and brownies there, which we thought was a very nice touch. Comfortable bed. Big bathroom with nice big tub and shower and specialty soaps. Within walking distance to restaurants etc.. We made reservations at French restaurant around the corner from cottage. If it wasn’t so cold out, we would have walked. The cottage had a heating system which was a plus. Very cozy. Highly recommend! '

'Location, location, location!!! This property was absolutely amazing and Fit our needs. Super cute and newly renovated. The pictures didn’t do it justice. It had a great outdoor patio area with rocking chairs. Outdoor ambient lighting. And a cute little porch swing on the front porch. We were able to enjoy the evening walks, and the lights at Saint Augustine has to offer. Not having to deal with any of the traffic. The owners left no detail to spare. Great communication and stayed in touch...

'I booked this property to evacuate hurricane Milton. I drove 3 1/2 hours to property and when I got there my code didn’t work. I called the property manager and after 3 phone calls and his full voicemail, he finally called me and told me my reservation was cancelled!! I was furious and couldn’t believe that evolve travel never notified me. Check-in was at 3:00 pm and I got there at 2:00 and I never had anyone contact me…we were basically desperate for a place to stay ahead of the hurricane. We...

'Wonderful! Exactly as listed. Ample space for our girls get away with 3 separate sleeping areas and sitting rooms. Fantastic location with quick walk to St George Street. Relatively quiet in the evenings even with a Fri/Sat night stay and white noise machines in the bedrooms were a great surprise addition. House is stocked with essentials, decorated nicely, and hosts are super easy to communicate with. Highly recommend. Would return for future visits in the area. '

'My little family arrived Christmas day to enjoy the nights of lights and the holiday scene in historic St Augustine. This place was absolutely lovely. We like that it was in the back of the property and you go up a flight of stairs so the views are nice and when there was some winter rainstorms we really got to take all that in. 'Great beach location. Note: no elevator so must haul luggage up stairs….we were on the 3rd floor. No instructions for how to operate TV. Overall, quiet and nice place to stay….would stay here again.'

'Great location by food trucks and music. Boat was not in the best shape. Main cabin LED was on and switch was broken, so no way to turn off unless turn ALL lights off at the panel. This was disappointing. Check in and directions were great! No microwave on board.'

"Het hotel was in een verbouwing, daardoor was er geen restaurant open. Er was ook wat overlast van bouwstof. Wat er lag aan stof ,was meer vies van niet schoonmaken. (Zoals haren en vies in de lift) Ook de kamer werd niet schoongemaakt,geen bedden opgemaakt .Drie keer moeten vragen om handdoeken,die werden niet automatisch verschoond. Zwembad was mooi, maar meubilair stond kris kras door elkaar. Voor dat geld ,vond ik dat het wel wat beter bijgehouden mocht worden. Er is een fijne sauna en stoomcabine waar je gratis in mag."

"This hotel is ideally located. Next to the Fountain of Youth and at walking distance of George Street. Also the design of the hotel itself is very nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. there is a parking lot foreseen just in front of your room. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but ok."
