« A nice little place for a winter retreat! The heat kept us nice and warm despite the frigid temperatures outside and it was fun to wake up each morning to a wide view of the frozen lake. Very quiet neighborhood, at least in February. I will note that you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the only bathroom. « The property is amazing. Pictures do not do the gardens justice. The visiting horse and friendly cats were a plus. The pool is cloudy and needs more frequent cleaning than the weekly service due to its location under trees. The outdoor furniture also needs cleaning as do the dishes in the house. But you will hardly notice because the gardens are so well maintained and the hot tub works amazing. »

« We loved being so close to Brookville lake for boating and having outdoor space at the cabin to enjoy, even during the rain. We used the fire pit, front/back porches, and plenty of open space inside for games with the family. The owners are thoughtful on all of the amenities! »

« The property was nice. It could use a little more cleaning. The stove top had crusty gunk on it and the baseboards could use cleaning. Other than that it was nice. One thing I would like to share is that your room number is not easily recognizable on your check in passport. If they could get that corrected somehow it would be helpful. It would have been helpful to have more than just 1 roll of toilet paper. We were in a two bedroom two bath. We liked our stay and would book again. »
