'On average very good! The rooms are a bit on the older side but cozy nonetheless, the only thing that really needs to go is the carpet and the bed could do with some new matresses. Housekeeping could come by a little more often to check for toilet paper etc. The breakfast is really good! And the staff was absolutely lovely! There was a wedding as we were staying there but we didn't have any problems with the noise. Granted, if you are a light sleeper this maybe isn't the hotel for you but it...

'Welcoming team. A lovely property in an amazing location. Good selection of drinks and food. Their spa is really good too, with a separate pool and gym too. I wanted to add a photo, but the app wouldn't let me on this occasion. Well worth a visit and loved the close proximity to the beach'

'3 sterren hotel verkeert in slechte staat van onderhoud. Karig ontbijt, zeer kleine kamer en bed. Wel vriendelijk personeel/ eigenaar. Lang wachten op bediening ontbijt '

'We had a one night stay at Craigielaw. Thouroughly enjoyed our time there. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious well equiped and spotless. We only had one breakfast, so cant comment on the dinner service, but we were very satisfied and would have no hesitation in recommending Craigielaw.'

'Excellent accommodation huge bath nice comfy couch wifi, not great hot water was a pain. I requested heating turned on for arrival and it was the cosy staff at reception were friendly did call for earlier arrival and was told there would be a charge 👎 and also asked to stay an extra night and thought maybe get a small discount but was quoted top dollar suffice to say we drove home all in all good holiday cottage would highly recommend '
