'Good: Pleasant accommodations for the price. Staff were super friendly. Convenient location. Needs improvement: Surprisingly busy late at night and early morning. The bell on the front door was loud and chimed constantly at all hours from people going in and out. Knob on AC was broken and temperature could not be adjusted. We were only there for one night so no biggie.'

'30 minuten staan bellen en toeteren eer iemand kwam. Alhoewel ze je zagen staan. 30 minuten voor check Inn. Eerst moest tv in receptie aan op YT channel. De kamer en badkamer zijn dringend aan renovatie toe. Internet valt steeds weg, zelfs in de receptie. Ben er 3 jaar geleden verbleven en toen was het er netjes. Het was toen nog in handen van Amerikanen en nu Indiërs. Continentaal ontbijt ontbreekt ook. Er is nog geen heet water voor thee. '

'The only negative is it's near a historic train or rail system, so you may hear a train. But, the rooms were pretty sound proof as I slept right on through the train, and I only heard it when I was eating breakfast. Very good experience.'

'This was a great place for a quick trip. The buildings are dated but tge rooms have been updated. You are close to all the Blue Ridge areas/cities. As for safety, the hotel has upgraded to electric locks, in case anyone is worried about safety.'

'First, the walls are paper thin. You can literally hear what people are talking about or if they cough. Our neighbor had about 6 alarms going off throughout the night and that’s after we listened to their kids screaming and running around for a few hours. I’m not exaggerating. Quiet hours are 11-8 or something but I’m sure no one expects that a neighbor can even hear their cough and alarms. That’s just ridiculous and speaks to the walls, not the neighbors.
