Built in 1484, this large building is listed as a Historic Monument. Come and discover its secrets: from the period fresco in the corridor, to the doors and handles from another century...
The 300m2 house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, and a large dormitory with 4 single beds and 2 bunk beds. A third bathroom is available.
You'll also find a large reading room, as well as a very large living room with a sitting area, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped.
A laundry room is also at your disposal, as well as an old historical cellar with its ping-pong table and table soccer :)
Outside, the large garden awaits you, along with its petanque court.
Babies and children are welcome: a cot, a wooden cot, a changing table and a high chair are at your disposal. Games and books are also available.
5 minutes to the beach! Situated at the end of the lake, the property is on the edge of the nature reserve, ideal for walks. You'll also find a range of water sports activities on the beach side, as well as food and drink for your lazy days.
Annecy town center is a 30-minute drive away, and the first supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away.
You can also easily access the surrounding massifs: Les Bauges are just 15 minutes away, and Les Aravis 20 minutes.
