« The place is an older "inn style" place. Don't expect extravagant, but it is kept nice and the hosts were very responsive to any messages I sent. The big perk for us was the NO UPCHARGE on pets. The view of the river is awesome and it is off a "main" road. We felt comfortable and safe walking our dogs down the road that this place is located on. It is also really close to the main road and that is really convenient for getting to and from Elkins, Stuarts park, etc. The toilet was having an issue...

« Nice location for motorcycle riding day-trips. We spent the week riding the beautiful roads of WV, MD, and PA. Visiting sights such as Blackwater Falls, Flight 93 Memorial, Seneca Rock, and New River Gorge Bridge to name a few. Host let us extend our stay. Prompt communication throughout. »

« This was our second time at this property. This time we took our two boys. They loved it just as much as we did. The location is perfect for hiking during the day. And the house is perfect for enjoying each others' company in the evenings. The host has always been super helpful. My youngest son didnt want to leave and is making plans to return in the future. »

« Two couples for a few days in Davis and a great stay at a fantastic property! The space was perfect for the four of us. We cooked most meals in and the kitchen was well equipped. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck for cocktails and using the hot tub when the weather was cooler. The fireplace inside made for cozy movie watching nights. You can tell a lot of care has gone into this property and we appreciated staying there. Would highly recommend!! »

« We stayed here for a weekend in March with our kids (5 & 8) and had a blast. It's a great spot with lots of land to explore. We found some really cool waterfalls behind the house in the woods. The snow season was over so we missed XC skiing but we definitely will be back. Close to Blackwater Falls park and the town of Davis. »
