New, oiled maple parquet floors & repainted! • Our sunny 4-room attic apartment (3. Floor) is a very family-friendly, architecturally original construction from the 1970s, outside completely (and energetically) renovated. It is ideally located - let your mind wander, go shopping, do sports and enjoy culture; with fantastic views from the living room southwards to the Medelser Glacier (picture 13) and from the kitchen northwards to the valley station of the Disentiser Bergbahnen (B. 12). The huge south-facing balcony entices you to relax without moving your foot into nature ... The car can be stored in our garage. If you prefer to travel by public transport: the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn stop (change at Disentis) is only a 5-minute walk away.
It is very suitable for children as it offers an extraordinary amount of space to play, toys and countless games are also available (pictures 2 - 11). Since it offers up to 10 beds, even large families in an apartment can make holidays. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with 7 beds (incl. Cot) still offer enough opportunities for retreat. In addition there is the fully insulated sleeping screed with an additional 6 beds - an often welcome, additional retreat, if it's too wild in the front. An extendable dining table offers enough space for everyone.
For athletes, our apartment is an Eldorado: It is located on the edge of the village: sledging, biking, jogging, (grassland) football, & playing directly from the house; Table tennis, sauna, & stairs in the house; Disentiser 3000m cable cars in sight with valley run to the front of the house; a large, diverse sports center (ice skating, tennis in- & outdoor, mini golf, football, climbing wall, badminton, children's playground, B. 14) within 5 minutes walk; In addition, in the vicinity of riding, golfing and rays possible; The young Rock Rhine (including the only Goldsuch-possibility in Switzerland) is only 3 km away, where the TCS campsite a beautiful Badsee (B. 15) with an even better children's playground all hearts.
Even shopping in the COOP in a 12-minute walk distance is made easy. Of course there are also other (specialist) shops such as banks, pharmacy, drugstore, stationery, library, houseware business. In the historic monastery village of Disentis, the 1300-year-old Benedictine monastery (B. 16) plays a formative role in the religious, (musical) cultural and scholastic area. In the 200-year-old "Stiva Grischuna / Alte Bündner Stube" in low-dark and creaky wooden parlors of the Rococo peasant it is wonderfully rustic and traditional to dine. The disco is within walking distance, but out of earshot.
