'It was a very good location. Exactly in centrum. Very basic and very small rooms. Calm. Cleanliness was fine. It was nice that there was unlimited water use included. Coffee machine was broken. Consider the fact that there’s no lift in the building and If you have a big luggage with you, you have to carry it up the stairs by yourself for 4 floors. Overall , it’s ok for one day stay. '

'We were in the "Urban" room. Overall the stay was OK, but organizing the check-in was a bit hectic. I was asked to schedule a time, which was fine, and suggested 3pm, which then was unilaterally changed by the guesthouse to 2:30pm "max", which meant I needed to change my train schedule to Sanremo last minute to arrive earlier. 'Wij komen al meer dan 30 jaar in Albenga en dit is het beste hotel wat we ooit gehad hebben. De eigenaar en zijn gezin zijn ontzettend gastvrij, niets is teveel. Kamers zijn voldoende groot en zeer schoon. Wij bevelen een ieder die Albenga bezoekt dit hotel aan.'
