This unit is located in the heart of Crystal Beach and steps to the beach. It is located the row behind the beach and has amazing water views from the balcony and unit.
It is one bedroom with a king bed PLUS a twin bunk beds that run along the hallway. This condo is conveniently located to the beach as well as many tourist shops, restaurants, mini golf, Destin Commons, Sandestin and The Destin Harbor.

The condo is very affordable and a great rental for a small family. Crystal Beach is one of the prestigious areas of Destin with low density condo buildings.

We had a great stay, although you couldn’t much see the ocean but if you stood a certain way… we still enjoyed our balcony. The property manager was very nice and responded quickly. The condo was very clean. We would definitely book here again. Only thing is we wish there was an elevator.

This was an excellent place for our short stay in Destin. Super clean, quiet, and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach. Absolutely breathtaking! Super clean and quiet place. No complaints! I dont want to leave 😩
My husband and I came to celebrate our honey moon. I couldn’t have picked a better place. Last minute Marybeth upgraded us to ground floor and our place could not have been more perfect! I was able to park in front of my door most nights. We were able to walk to the beach anytime we wanted. I definitely would recommend and I can’t wait to come back! Mr. & Mrs. Nzang

Great vacation condo!
We loved this unit! Our family of 4 has come to Destin every summer for the past 4 years and have always stayed in the Grand Caribbean buildings. This condo was very clean and well stocked. It was nicely decorated and the master bed was very comfy! The boys loved the bunk beds and tables outside on the patio. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. I will definitely look to see if it is available when we go to book next year’s vacation! I have nothing but good things to say about this property!

Beach access
The location is perfect and easy access to the public beach across the street. Quiet. It's the third floor of 3 floors building. The manager is very reachable. Three WiFi is not reliable. The bathtub water drip. However, it's a relaxing place sitting on the balcony facing all the activities in the street.
