Colorado Family Visit
We visited the Denver area to meet up with my sister who had recently moved there. My wife and I selected this property based on location and the number of amenities included with the property. Items such as washer and dryer, indoor and outdoor games, good sized backyard with hot tub & firepit, multiple TVs, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of sleeping space and fully stocked kitchen were perfect for us. We had our toddler granddaughter make the trip with us and we were able to keep her occupied after each day of touring and site seeing. Brett and Jodie were wonderful to coordinate with and absolutely accommodating. They were very welcoming and we truly appreciate their flexibility and hospitality. Highly recommended.

Great family home!
There was a lot to do at this property! It was very clean and in a great location. Brett and Jodie were attentive and had so many cute touches around the place. We loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend it. Can’t wait to stay again!

Outstanding Family Stay
The house had everything for all rangers of our family. We had grandparents, teen, and kids. Enough room for all of us with a super fun vibe. Really clean and had all the amenities of home. Hosts were quick to respond and easy direction. Location was close to downtown Arvada and easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again.

Best VBRO ever
I can’t say enough about how amazing this place was and especially how accommodating the hosts were. They even went out of their way to bring a crockpot and griddle when I asked if there was one. They had Christmas baskets with full of goodies, popcorn, baskets plus everything in your kitchen that you really need other than main groceries. All the spices condiments, etc.. On top of that all the rooms were themed and well thought out and super cute. The backyard has everything you want for entertainment. All the board games and console kept the kids and teenagers entertained as well.

Thanksgiving with the Fam
This has to be one of the best VRBOs we have been lucky enough to stay at. The hosts are extremely responsive going so far as giving detailed information about the property for a guest who has limited vision and mobility. Quiet neighborhood. Clean. Walking distance to grocery and walking trail. Games, hot tub, large yard for pets. 5 spacious bedrooms. LARGE TVs-Go Hawks! Kitchen well stocked to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal. The beautiful hardwood floors are a bit squeaky so light sleepers pick the upstairs bedrooms! Thank you for sharing your home!

Total of 11 of us stayed (9 adults, 2 teens) for a wedding. Home is in a great location! Easy access to interstate and old town Arvada which we frequented to breakfast and dinner. When the host states the grocery is a 10 minute walk, it truly was! So convenient for last minute items and groceries. \ House was very clean, which was very appreciated. More than enough towels and other essentials. Loved the theme rooms. Back yard was amazing. We had breakfast and lunch most days on the back porch. Neighborhood was very quits and peaceful.

A Perfect Getaway
Brett and Jodie’s place was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend! The space was very clean, beds comfortable, and the group space outside and downstairs was perfect for all of us to relax and hang out. This was meant to be a really special weekend and Jodie and Brett’s hospitality really helped make it the best we could have hoped for. I cant recommend this rental enough and would 100% stay again! The advertisement does not mention that it is so close to fast food and grocery stores. The teens enjoyed walking to fast foods. We had a great time in hot tub and roasting s’mores! Great job Jodie and Brett at hosting

This house is so fun- each room created with a fun vision. Yard was great and no issues with neighbors- had a ball. Don’t be shocked by the lack of curb appeal. We had a wonderful time and the hosts are first class.

Wonderful Stay!
Our large family had the most wonderful stay and we can’t wait to return! The house had everything we needed for our week-long vacation. It was a hot week and the AC was a life saver, and the covered back patio with huge dining table became our evening routine for family dinners. Communication with the hosts was excellent and made our stay quite enjoyable. They even had a lovely 4th of July gift basket of treats waiting for us that made our day! Wonderful Colorado Weekend
Our stay at 'Cozy Colorado Retreat was fantastic! Brett and Jodie were very communicative throughout the entire booking, checking in, occupying, and check-out process. They contacted me about a week in advance to check in and set expectations for when I would receive further instructions. As I received more communication and asked questions, Brett and Jodie both responded in a timely manner. This proved even more important when on check in day they reached out to let me know that an early check in was available for our stay! (this isn't the norm, I think we just got lucky!) The Lodging was very clean, temperature was well regulated in the house, and the bedrooms (beds) and bathroom were spotless. The backyard is very spacious and with the wonderful weather we had, was where we spent most of our time while at the lodging. And when quiet hours hit at 10PM, moving inside to play foosball, the arcade games downstairs, and access to the Xbox was a fun distraction change of pace. They offered a ton of recommendations for Arvada along with the surrounding area! Lastly, the check out process was definitely one of the easier ones that I have experienced while staying at a VRBO. I highly recommend utilizing Jodie and Brett as hosts, not only for their house, but also because you could tell we entered as guests and left as friends.

We all absolutely loved this get away!! The house is super cute centrally located to all we had planned!! The themed rooms were siding! Beds were super comfy we ALL slept good and that's a rare thing for our family on vacation!! The hot tub and games are just an added extra bonus!!! Love the lighting in the living room!! We had a wonderful girls weekend at this property! Such a fun place! An amazing backyard with games, fire pit and clean hot tub!! Decor inside was adorable! Fun to be had in every room!
