'Beautiful Cape House- This was the perfect house for our Christmas on The Cape Vacation which included 6 of us (can sleep 8 comfortably). The house was spacious and very clean with all updated amenities plus a refinished basement space that was a surprise. It was a 5 minute drive to Mayflower Beach which is our favorite. 'About a 5 minute drive from some of the bigger shops and restaurants, but also local options nearby. We stayed on a Suite and enjoyed having all the space. Everything was clean, one of our sliding door mirrors was broken, but we didn’t use it, so it was no problem. Staff was very friendly and more than enough parking. '

'It was a wonderful few days. The house is nice, cozy, and small, with a very great few of the sunset. (People from the beach were envious of the location of those swing-chairs!!!) The space in the house is very well-organized, nice, and clean. All you need is a very handy present in the right spots. Personally, it was a little bit too hot in the small bedroom without some sort of small fan, but the weather was very hot too. '

'Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!'
