Flats in Deerfield Beach

'I was excited to be close to the beach and the pictures of the property and location were enticing. Upon entering there was a dead smashed cockroach in the dining room, a couple dozen small dead bugs in front of the refrigerator, a few bugs in the bedroom eating another dead bug. I opened the refrigerator and a few small cockroachs scattered. I went and bought bug spray and wanted to give it a shot. 'The home could be very nice with some TLC. As it is is very trashy now. The floors were filthy and the furniture was trashy. The bed was comfortable. The only good thing was the location. I would never stay there again nor would I encourage someone to stay there.'

'We stayed at this property for 2 months and greatly enjoyed the location which was moments from the beach. The facilities in the condo were good and the living area was newly refurbished and refurnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. I liked the ample countertop with 4 cushioned bar chairs which allowed us to eat or work there in comfort. My communication with the owner was always helpful and pleasant, the couple of issues which arose (ringing smoke alarm and broken blinds) were dealt with...

'We booked unit 1. The first night out air conditioner kept turning off. We notified Steve, at 10:30 pm he came to check out the issue. Due to the recent hurricane a few days prior, there had been a few issues with the AC and elevator. The AC started working. 'Stylish and quaint, this property did not disappoint. This was our 3rd trip to Floranada, the first in the particular condo. We loved it. …a little bit of a hassle with the key-code entry, but the Vacasa staff worked through it diligently. Otherwise, a near perfect stay for us. The condo was very clean, stylish, and had all the amenities for our day’s at the beach. We’ll be booking again soon !'
