« A very pretty place with extremely nice staff. There was no wifi for a whole evening and night when I needed it most; I know it's not their fault, but nowadays internet is so important that maybe they could have found a solution (letting us use the staff network?). »

« Regatta Inn is absolutely fabulous! It’s on the quiet end of Folly Beach on the Kiawah River. The views can’t be beat, and there’s easy access to the beach at the nearby county park. The staff is wonderful and friendly, the decor is lovely, and the daily breakfast and happy hour that are included are awesome. Highly recommend this place and I plan to stay here again! »

« SO CUTE! we stayed in room 3 and everything was stunning. We spent a lot of time on the verandah, which was gorgeous shared space. The breakfast, snacks and drinks were an awesome extra. »

« Wonderful property. Amenities were plentiful and attention to detail was just outstanding. Service upon arrival and during our stay was excellent. Check out was a bit disappointing. The clerk took our key with no acknowledgement or salutation. She barely even made eye contact so that was a little let down. You want to feel like your stay mattered but will still give high marks for an overall pleasant stay. »

« We loved our stay. Everything was perfect and the bed was super comfy. Great location. Never needed to move the car - we could walk to all of the stores and dining. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again »

« The location is fantastic. My room was beautiful and comfortable although the single shower stall in my private bathroom was tiny; a large adult or anyone over 5'8" would have difficulty showering. The kitchen area was well set up and had a great selection of foods. I would stay here again! »

The house itself was peaceful, quiet, and impeccably clean—exactly as described, with a well-organized and inviting atmosphere. « The property was very clean with a nice decor. Daniel Island was a great location, seemed central to downtown Charleston as well as other outlying islands. I would say the property description was a little misleading. This is definitely a studio apt, not a 1 bedroom. That being said there was plenty of room, it was just all in one large room other than the small kitchenette. »

« It eas my first time in Charleston and my first staying on your property. The staff was very helpful to my needs. Logan was very professional and polite he gave me information regarding what to do and restaurants close by. The general manager was very professional as well and greeted you with a smile. I would stay at this property again. »

"They take extra from your deposit, like parking, without telling you before and even if you don't have a car. L'hôtel factures des frais sans prévenir et les débite sur votre carte, comme frais parking même si vous n'avez pas de véhicule. C'est impossible de les joindre."

Prestations pas au niveau du prix

"La chambre était vraiment petite pour 4 personnes. En particulier la salle de bain. L'ensemble manque aussi cruellement de modernité. Nous avons payé plus cher pour une vue sur le fleuve mais, c'était décevant, car on ne voyait quasiment rien. Nous étions 4 mais n'avons eu que 3 sets de serviettes tout le long du séjour, malgré que nous ayons signalé l'erreur à l'accueil. Il est indiqué sur Hôtels.com qu'il y a une laverie dans l'hôtel mais c'est faux. Bref, le rapport qualité prix n'est pas au rendez-vous. Le point positif est la localisation de l'hôtel en centre ville."
