'The property manager was friendly and eager to help. My husband and son stayed at a rental home in Delaware while they were there for a competition. They found the house to be cozy and tidy. However, they felt that the neighborhood didn't seem safe or welcoming. They were thankful to have a secure place to stay during their trip.'

'This rental was perfect for our annual get-together which included daily trips to Philadelphia. The large dining room table was perfect for evening board games and beds were comfortable. The driveway is a little tricky but manageable. We only encountered very minor older house issues - a broken cabinet door in the kitchen, refrigerator outlet breaker turned off once, and a bathroom sink faucet that turned back on if you turned it all the way to the left. 'Our stay was brief but we feel rested. We love the giant mirror in the living room and the furnace kept us warm. Also, the street was amazingly quiet for being so close to South Street.We'll definitely be back!'
