'The owner Tom went above and beyond! We had a small situation at check in (we had changed our reservation last minute) but Tom was able to help correct it and we were incredibly happy and grateful! We even walked us around and showed us a couple places to eat and helped us rent a car. The complimentary breakfast was more than expected and very fresh. We look forward to returning soon 😁'

'Easy and safe walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. Staff was great and attentive! Resort was clean and quiet. Overall a lowkey resort and a great place to relax by the pool or Ocean. Food was good. We only ate at the pool side restaurant and buffet, we didn't make it into the actual restaurant. Perfect place to hang out with your spouse for a nice relaxing week! '

'The property was well maintained and the landscaping was beautiful (aside from a small area that appeared to have had buildings taken down as the foundations were still visible). It was easily walkable and there were always places to sit by the pool or on the beach. The staff and service were excellent. The only downside was the quality of food, lack of dinner reservation availability, and stiff beds. Otherwise it was a relaxing and enjoyable time.'

'Have stayed at La Casona Real several times for SCUBA diving trips to Cozumel. The property is ideal for travelers that spend the majority of their time out doing activities during the day and enjoying the local restaurants in the evening. Ideally located and within walking distance of the Ferry Terminal and the majority of San Miguel 👌'
