Beachfront Paradise Condo - Great Snorkeling from the Beach!

This beautiful, three bedroom/two bath, beachfront condominium is next to Chankanaab Marine Park and has the best shore snorkeling on the Island. Enjoy amazing sunsets and watch the cruise ships sail by in the crystal blue Caribbean from your two private terraces. This is a second floor condo in a complex of 13 units (very private with no high-rises) with a full ocean view. Climb up to the rooftop palapa for an even more spectacular view!

We will provide assistance in arranging activities for your stay including deep sea fishing, snorkeling, and diving trips. There is a dock for boat pickup right next door at Tortugas Beach club!

We can also arrange for grocery delivery or a private cook for an additional cost.

The condo is stocked with everything you will need including beach towels, snorkel gear, BBQ, hammocks, full kitchen with dishwasher and a laundry room.

Great for divers - there is a dive shop next door (Ponte Buzo at Tortugas) and there is a dive gear rinse tank at the beach.

You can easily keep in touch with family and friends -- there's FREE wireless broadband and FREE long distance calls to the U.S. and Canada. There is TV/DVD and NETFLIX in every room.

We are located within walking distance of Chankanaab Marine Park, Tortugas Beach Club next door and Uvas Beach Club featuring glass bottom kayak excursions.

Our bilingual property manager will offer advice and discounts on various activities including scuba, snorkel and fishing trips.

The south side of the island is in close proximity to the coral reefs, popular beach clubs, Punta Sur and much more. Located just south of town, you are only a five-minute drive to the shops, restaurants, and activities of downtown.

This is the second time we have stayed at Paradise Condos. We enjoy the location, as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of town. The only draw back is the beach club next door plays their music louder than we prefer. But it’s not crowded at the condo complex and you get the ocean access and a pool.The condo itself was very nice. It was clean, and had everything you could need. The master bed was a little hard, and the water took a very long time to get warm. But everything else was great!The best part of our stay, is the property manager, Diana. She’s a large reason why we booked a second time. She responds to texts, get groceries if needed, gives local recommendations and is just the absolute BEST!If you are looking for a later back experience with privacy, we highly recommend Paradise condos!

Perfect for all of us!
This was a vacation we will all remember as one of the best! For four adults and 2 kids this condo had everything we needed and all the space to enjoy ourselves for six days. So much beach gear, coolers, chairs, snorkel equipment, and more. Quiet, lovely grounds which are nicely landscaped and well maintained, clean, freshly painted buildings. Safe convenient parking for our rental car. Restaurants with snorkeling on both sides. Plenty of small restaurants and other fun spots close by. We all enjoyed a whole day lazing around the pool and swimming right from our own little beach. Diana was always available to communicate. She facilitated a very easy stay for us.We were sad to leave and would love to plan another stay here.

Great Snorkeling
Unit was clean and spacious and communication excellent before and during our stay. Parking on site was easy. We enjoyed the convenience of snorkeling right off the beach at the complex. Had a great experience at the Chankanaab National Park which is just a few minutes away.The manager, Diana, was very responsive and helpful. Large jugs of purified water were provided and replaced as needed. We recommend this prooerty.

An Ideal Condo
Our group of four goes to Cozumel every year, and this was our favorite lodging we've ever had. The condo was quiet, clean, has comfortable beds, the kitchen was very well-outfitted and all the appliances, plumbing, etc worked well. Our on-site manager/contact was exceptionally kind, responsive, and helpful. The location was perhaps the best feature of all, we felt more relaxed by having no reason to pass through downtown, until it was time to return to the airport. We go to Coz to snorkel, and Paradise Condos are very close to our favorite two spots, Money Bar and Sky Reef. Thank you James, Kellery, and Diana!

Perfect Place
Can’t say enough good things about this place. We loved the location, the condo was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was there. They had towels, cleaning supplies, a very well stocked kitchen, everything you could possibly need for playing in the water, and an excellent property manager in the area who was very responsive to our questions. The ONLY complaint was the beds were a bit hard for our liking, but we were so exhausted each day that it didn’t matter. Would definitely rent again.

LOVED this condo!!
We absolutely loved Jim and Kellery’s condo!! Beautiful decor, spacious and super clean! Plenty of bottled water and yummy fruit. Super quiet area but close to everything. Great pool and incredible views from the HUGE deck. The furniture is beautiful. Great WiFi (love expat channels!!) They provided an incredible info book (in advance!) with recommendations, maps and info about Cozumel and the condo. We will definitely stay here when we go back to Cozumel!! ❤️

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful View
This property was much more than I expected. We had an unblocked view of the ocean and the sunset from our front balcony and living room. The kids enjoyed laying in the hammock on the balcony and reading. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The owners stock everything you would ever need. The kitchen was will stocked and there were even ice packs in the freezer! There were snorkels, fins, goggles, umbrella, beach chairs, coolers, and plenty of towels (beach and bathroom) for our use. The pool was great and snorkeling in the ocean, just steps away, was also a plus. The property manager, Diana, was exceptional. She came over to help us when the safe was not working properly and at the end of our trip she made a special trip to the airport to deliver some things we had accidently left behind. If we ever make it back to Cozumel, we will stay here again!

Our group of 6 friends stayed in this condo for 10 nights. We had a wonderful time and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the veranda was perfect for enjoying the view! Wonderful place with beautiful views. The wrap around deck off the living room and access to palapa for sunsets was just the place to relax with coffee and drinks. The decor was authentic with real wood carving furniture, and tasteful colorful paintings. Had plenty of kitchen items for cooking, and a charcoal grill. Filtered water also plenty on site. Snorkeling was great right out front and a nice little bridge over the rocks. We can’t wait to come back again.

We had a great time at Paradise Condominums. The condo was perfect, and it fit our family of 7 well. We booked again for next year. Communicating with the owners was flawless. Having a washer dryer was great! We will pack less for sure next year. Having Tortugas beach club next door was great for booking a snorkel cruise and for getting a snack. Great property with excellent snorkeling
We were looking for a relaxing place to stay where we could snorkel from shore. This hit the mark. The condo is well equipped. We loved the large balcony with the hammock. It is a small friendly place where conversations from balconies happen with neighbors walking by the pool. The owner and property manager were easy to reach if you had a question or concern. We dove with Scuba Tony who picked up from the dock right next door. My husband is urging me to book here for next year. We’ve been fortunate to travel extensively around the Caribbean and this location is at the top of the list as one of our favorites.

The Condo was incredible. Beautiful accommodations and very clean. Communication with Management was clear and easy. The property was calm and quiet. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals and drinks. It was nice being next to Tortugas Beach Club for a meal and drinks (They close early). If we ever come back to Cozumel, I would definitely stay again. I would recommend a car unless you don't mind paying for taxis in order to leave the location.

Another fantastic stay!
We love this complex and this condo was great. The layout is nice with some separation between rooms. The kitchen is open and well appointed. And the views of the pool, beach and ocean are simply lovely. The wrap around deck was an excellent spot for morning coffee and an afternoon rest. The primary bathroom is a little odd with the large tub you have to step into, but it’s workable and had decent water pressure in the shower. The hosts provide drinking water for all of your needs and the manager, Alex, was very easy to work with and responded almost immediately to any questions or needs. We will definitely keep this one at the top of our list for our next stay.

Colorful Condo in a Wonderful Location
Great condo! We had two couples and a teenager and the size was perfect for us.The unit was very clean. Loved the location and view. We rented a jeep so we could come and go as we pleased. It was a dive trip and we loved that our dive boat picked us up at Tortuga’s, just steps away from the condo. The Mexican decor was fun and added to the vacation vibe. The condo was well-stocked with many necessities. Loved the ocean view balcony. (I probably wouldn’t recommend this unit for the elderly or toddlers due to the tile stairs up to the unit and the hard tile floors inside.) Alex, the manager, was very responsive. We had 7 other family members on the trip and they rented a condo in the same complex so it was easy for us to socialize. Very enjoyable for all and a great deal in our estimation. We will be back!

Great location and responsive staff
We spent a perfect week at the property. Well furnished with scuba gear, towels, drinking water, cleaning service and amenities. Great beach for little ones (small tide pool by beach). Pool is not big, but enough for the kids to spend many a happy afternoon. We had a few issues with AC and water supply to the apartment (island wide issue), but the management team responds right away and resolved the issue. Management contact (Alex) also went above and beyond and helped us arrange a turtle release tour (met us at ecological department and worked with the volunteers) which wasn’t a commercial tour but rather through the local volunteer organization which was truly unique experience. This is our 5th trip to the island, and we usually never repeat trips, but the island feels like home. Food is delicious, and island is a very welcoming international community.
