'Pool en tuin waren prettig en goed verzorgd. Her personeel zowel tijdens ontbijt als tijdens de diners was teleurstellend, je kreeg niet het gevoel dat je gast was. Bij dit hotel hoort ook een casino en het leek alsof alles in 1e instantie om het casino draaide. Per saldo teleurstellend.'

'For me, uninterrupted harbour views were the highlights of my stay, I watched some unforgettable sunsets from their balcony. The apartment itself was very pleasant, spacious, nicely furnished, the bed was very comfortable; kitchen amenities great. 'Very convenient and good choice for the city. Some bathroom features are a little tired but overall, rooms are large, you can use the Mantra pool and access to the Esplanade is great. Desk service was great: stored my luggage and gave me a towel so I could swim until checkin/room was ready. Desk staff friendly. Delighted to have a bath with my room. Some bowls and cutlery in studio rooms would be great. But otherwise, a good deal. '

'Property is central, well equipped but quite old. The pullout bed was not suitable for sleeping as and the mattress has no padding on the springs. There was no toilet paper at the property!! '
