« The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again »

« Gruesome dreadful property which needs gutting .. kitchen cupboard need ripping out and property needs a good update. DO NOT book this apartment .. we stayed only one night then fled…. Pictures do not depict the actual true state of the property and the managers could not care less … saw cockroaches.. cobwebs everywhere.. old broken furniture… spend your money elsewhere »

« By far the worst rental Ive ever booked. We booked for 11/6-11/12 during a trip to bury my aunt. I contacted the host to let her know that our flight would be landing at 3am Thurs morning. She asked if someone could pick up the keys. When we arrived after 4am, already exhausted, we get upstairs and the keys did not work. We had to wait almost an hour for the host to bring the correct keys. When we were finally able to get into the apartment, we were met with shock & confusion. The air...

« I went to the property at about 9:00pm. I was with my mom (73years old) my adult and young son. We drove for 4 hours only to be told we need to cancel because someone has occupied the property until the 30th December. I can’t begin to say I was so disappointed. I could find no other place on Christmas Eve so at that time I had to drive for another 3 hours to return home. Worst experience I have ever had. »

« This is the second time i have stayed in this house, this time was glad to see more kitchen supplies and chairs by the pool. However the hot water did not work the whole 2 weeks of my stay, which i was very disappointed in also my last week there was no internet which left me feeling a little stranded.
