Most hotels with indoor pools, it's hard to get to because they're swarming with kids. This one, the pool was a ghost town. At first I thought this was great, finally i get a chance to use the pool, maybe even invite family to join. But then I found out why nobody was using the pool: it's not heated. Put your hand in that water...hypothermia, anyone? No thanks. The hot tub was also a joke. Room temperature tub, more like. The heaters weren't even on to warm the pool area up. Makes me wonder if they do it on purpose to be cheap. If they really want to save money, they may as well just close the pool down, since it's not even used. I was actually quite upset about this because i chose this hotel for that reason. Next time I'll know.
Now their breakfast. It's BYOB, guys: bring your own bacon. No meats. Just what could be powdered eggs mixed with little chunks of raw potato. But hey, you got waffles, cereal, bagels, and a toaster (make sure to stand by, it's not timed, it just toasts on and on and on).
The staff? I got one guy who was smiley, helpful, and friendly. The rest seemed like you were bothering them, not knowing and not wanting to know what customer service oriented means.
Probably won't stay here again.
