'Very hard to reach the house by car. You have to go down hill with almost impossible corners. Walking is also hard. The beds are too short. No wifi When we arrived it was a puzzle how to get in. The view however is stunning. Thlocklock'

'The house and location are beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, the animals and the fruit which we picked ourselves. It isn’t near to a village and the road to te property is adventures but that wasn’t a problem for is. The owner is nice and helpfull. '

'Locatie is schitterend maar lastig te bereiken door slechte weg. Leuk huis, wel achterstallige onderhoud. Veel ramen en luiken gingen niet open. In het zwembad geen water. Geen t.v. aanwezig. Ouderslaapkamer geen kast/opbergruimte. Badkamer geen haakjes voor handdoek. Mooie grote tuin goed omheind. Ideaal voor de hond.'

'Leuke casita met alle comfort die je nodig hebt. Complete inrichting, aan alles is gedacht. De eigenaar staat altijd voor je klaar als je hem nodig hebt. Het uitzicht is spectaculair met mooi zwembad en een heerlijke BBQ. Het huisje ligt niet heel ver bij het centrum van Sóller vandaan en is lopend goed te bereiken. Goed centraal gelegen voor uitstapjes, treintje naar Port de Sóller is leuk en je kan er prachtige wandelingen doen in het Tramuntana gebergte. Kortom voor ons de ideale plek en...

'Abgelegen von der Hauptstrasse , aber man ist in 5 min mit dem Auto in Pollenca. Die Finca hat 2 Schlafzimmer(2Einzelbetten unten, 1Doppelbett auf der Empore, offen zum Wohnraum)und 1 Badezimmer. Leider kein separates WC vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist geflegt, der Aussenbereich hat Schattenplätze.Kohlegrill vorhanden. Küche hat grossen Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank und istgut ausgestattet. Keinerlei Lebensmittel vorhanden, nur Salz und Pfeffer. Nespresso Maschiene vorhanden. Klimaanlage...

'Der Aufenthalt für uns war wirklich Mega! Die Villa ist der Hammer, der Pool top und die Besitzerin hat immer sofort geholfen und war für uns erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder!'

'Everything was perfect. The small town of Deia, the view, the house, it really couldn't have been better. The house was very comfortable, we ended up spending more time there than we anticipated, because it had everything we needed. There's a couple of small grocery stores nearby to keep the kitchen stocked. '

'Great place away from the masses. If you are looking for a quiet time, away from the tourist crowds this is the place. We stayed there for 10 days of cycling the Serra de Tramuntana and relaxation. The house is perfect for the latter. Great space, well located, lots of privacy and well equipped for some good relaxation. The view of the sunset over the mountains is absolutely spectacular & at night it is the best spot for star gazing. One point for improvement - and only for the lovers of home...

'Die kleine Unterkunft ist perfekt und hat einen wunderschönen eigenen Pool. Hier hatten wir alles, was wir mit unserer 6 Monate alten Tochter brauchten. Auch wenn es nebensächlich ist, der Wasserdruck und die Handtücher sind außergewöhnlich gut 😊'

'This property was perfect for our group(16p). A clean and spa spacious villa in a rural environment. The contact with Isabel (property manager) was very professional and friendly. Especially at these times with the Covid19 situation. The big pool area with 16 beds and a long outside dining table is a big plus. Hopefully, we will visit this property more often in the future.'

'Fijne slaapkamers, mooie ligging, lekker zwembad. Echter wel allemaal wat oud, de kraan maakte enorme herrie, geen normale douche (allemaal hoge instap of bad), weinig kook en eet gerei. '

'Der Aufenhalt war sehr schön. Die Finka war super schön gehalten, und der Pool war schön auch für die Kinder. Die Kominikation zwischen Vermieterin und uns war auch super. Immer wieder gerne. '

'Personeel is erg kundig en hulpvaardig, het eten was verassend goed voor een drie sterre nhotel. De accommodatie doet soms wat gedateerd aan, er mag zeker in de bedden gei vesteerd worden. Ook zijn de slaapbanken zijn erg hard.'

'Ik ben in veel hotels geweest, maar tot nu toe heb ik nog nooit zulke vriendelijke mensen, onberispelijke service en superlekker eten ontmoet... Het hotel ligt op een uitstekende locatie met een droomuitzicht op zee en is buitengewoon schoon. De ambiance zorgt ervoor dat je je er meteen thuis voelt.'

Een buitenzwembad, parasols bij het zwembad en ligstoelen

'Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst bij een mooie entree. De kamer was ook prachtig, zoals op de foto en alles zeer schoon. Prima ligging tov strand (2 minuten lopen), eetgelegenheden (5 min lopen) en centrum Alcudia (20 minuten lopen). Het ligt wel aan een drukke weg. Daar heb je in de kamer geen last van (goed geïsoleerd) maar aan het zwembad soms wel. Daarnaast is er wel wat achterstallig onderhoud aan de buitenkant en zwembad. Heeft nodig een opfrisbeurt nodig en losse plank met uitstekende spijkers...

"Ik ben in veel hotels geweest, maar tot nu toe heb ik nog nooit zulke vriendelijke mensen, onberispelijke service en superlekker eten ontmoet... Het hotel ligt op een uitstekende locatie met een droomuitzicht op zee en is buitengewoon schoon. De ambiance zorgt ervoor dat je je er meteen thuis voelt."

"The hotel was good but big and massive. Limited floor plans to reach the room in a maze of corridors with several elevators. Searched for a long time for the room: no service with luggage to reach it. Corridors draughty. No good information in the rooms where the different parts were located. Limited possibilities for smokers. Snacks were only available in a limited area on the windy corner. You could not take these to the smoking area, you were not allowed to eat there. My daughter got seriously ill, no opti4esw to extend the room. Layed on a couch in the hallway for 3 hours. Doctor had to give injections in this draughty hallway.... Room was fine, but no overview during our stay for the rest in this hotel. You really need a car here. Breakfast next to skybar, noisy, overcrowded with waiters who ran up and down and had no overview. I finally got coffee at the end of my breakfast. "

Nice, new, clean, good beds, excellent stay

"Two nights here for a business trip. Room with seaview was good. Balcony noisy from road below but no problem inside. Room was clean, bed was sleeping very well and nice cushions, etc. Room is smaller as it look like on the pictures and missing a proper desk to work on. Breakfast was very good, excellent. I absolutely reccommend this hotel. "
