'This was a wonderful experience. The property sits above the town of kiviri. The beach is a downhill walk, so we drove down so as not to walk back uphill. There is parking on site. The owner is wonderfully responsive as we learned when we locked ourselves out! There are restaurants in close proximity. The city of Nafplio is a 20 minute drive. 'Great stay. Appartment was excellent for a family with 3 kids. Location is a bit far away from the main roads which makes sight seeing take a good part of your day. Remember to do some proper supermarket shopping before arriving if you can because the shops in Aliky are rubbish and expensive. There are a few nice restaurants so that helps. All in all a nice stay!'

'Good location. The house was good, but could have been outstanding with a few personal touches. We were not told about the electricity card in advance. The photos show a 3rd room but it was not available so my adult kids had to share a room. The power went out one evening. I would have appreciated coffee or another welcome amenity. 'Nikolas was very kind to us! We werw very late because pur luggage was no there at the airport in Athens. Nervertheless we had a great welcome by Nikolas. We enjoyed our stay, nade visits to Mykene, Epidauros and so on. But we also visited the town enjoyed the markets. the resttaurants and even the beach. On the other hand we hat beautiful evenings in the house, we were able to prepare beautiful meals in the fully eqipped kitchen. Thank You Nikolas'

'We loved the location of the apartment (but be aware there are steps to climb; however, this is one of reasons for the beautiful view!). The apartment is charming and well-appointed with a nice kitchen that covered all our needs. The owner was polite and responsive to our texts from the moment we made the booking until the end of our stay. Everything to see and experience in Nafplio is a short walk from this sweet spot. We were so happy with our booking and had a lovely stay!'

'The villa was great - spacious for 4, clean and well equipped. The views from the terrace were amazing. The ping-pong and football tables were much appreciated and of course the pool was fantastic. The host, Despina, was very welcoming and helpful. There are nice beaches nearby but bear in mind that you will need transport to get to them - and the local roads are narrow, winding and sometimes quite potholed.
