'After a long haul flight arrived at the hotel at 8am but check in was not available. Staff said come at 12pm and then 2pm but check in was done at 3pm. Staff not very helpful. Did not respond to emails before arrival date. Hotel is on a busy noisy street, windows are not double glazed. No coffee or tea facilities in room. Limited hangers. Overall hotel was basic quality. Hotel was in a good location. Breakfast had a good choice.'

'Na vriendelijke check in kwamen we in een schone kamer.Bedden waren prima,kluis was aanwezig.Werden in kamer 210 ondergebracht,uitzicht was een blinde muur met flink wat ventilatoren wat er voor zorgde dat wij de gehele tijd in vliegtuiggeluid zaten,flinke tegenvaller.Ontbijt was goed. Uitzicht vanaf dakterras was grandioos.'

'Stayed here for almost 3 weeks and really enjoyed my stay: very friendly staff (from the security to the cleaning staff and people at the reception desk), nice interior design and good and clean rooms. Also, the hotel is at the Copacabana beach and a lot of restaurants, stores etc are near the hotel. If you want to pick a quiet environment you should pick another hotel due to the fact that it is on the Copacabana, so there is life around it.'

'The staff are excellent and were able to assist us in English. They are the primary reason we rated so highly. The location is super convenient and walkable and close to the water, and the staff was super knowledgable of the area and offered to help secure discounts at local places. Additionally, you can borrow beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella from the front desk, which is a great touch. Some of the reasons why they lost a star: - The beds are a bit uncomfortable.
