'Perfect'

'Nice accommodation. Nice view. Walking distance to shops. Nice and clean. Bit inconvenient having no internal access indoors, especially with young children. Could do with more lounge style seating upstairs. We had no bedside tables in our room. Would have been nice to have window coverings on upstairs window facing street, where the dining table was located. room.'

'The property is as stated in the listing. Nice and local to fantastic fishing spots. Close to pub and few shops with only min walk. Property offers few water toys listed which was great for the kids. The property manager was quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely come back for fishing with boys again.'

'Beautifully appointed 2 storey townhouse style unit with all the comforts of home. All in a prime location which meant we hardly used our car with all the area has to offer within a short stroll. 'We had a lovely couple of days in this character filled property with incredible views. There was everything you could want in the kitchen (and more). The lounge area was comfy and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck for lunch. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved Clareville. Such a picturesque area and the waterfront is practically on the doorstep. The boys also enjoyed the waves at Avalon beach which is only a few minutes drive away. I would highly recommend the Sundeck Cottage...

'An open-plan, sun-lit house, with ample space for large groups. Our teens and 18+ kids enjoyed to fooz ball and snooker table. We brought our own food and geoceries cause there aren't any stores nearby. Having free access to Netflix and other apps on the TV was great, and loved the Anchor restaurant right at the door of the property. Thank you, Sim, for being so responsive before and during our trip and helping us out when we got stuck with a few things. All in all, it was a really nice place to...

'We came back for the second year in a row to Michelle's cottage as it is literally the perfect beach shack - clean, big enough for a family of four plus puppy, equipped with everything you might need during a holiday (I ended up having to put together a pavlova and I've even found a mixer to whip-up the cream!!), amazing backyard and ideal location - quiet but very close to pub and beach.We will be coming back for sure!'
