'Carmela couldn't have been a better host - she went above and beyond to provide information and additional amenities to cater for our group (eg. providing advice and a microwave for one of our babies with allergies). The units were spotless and the pool was regularly cleaned (Carmela's husband did this so they were there semi-regularly). There was a technical fault with some of the air-con units but Carmela did everything to rectify it. They also left us local vegetables which were delicious!...

'Wir haben in dem Haus acht Tage verbracht und hatten eine rund um tolle Zeit. Der Gastgeber ist aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und zu jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus war geräumig gut ausgestattet, und der Pool war ein Highlight. Für die Sauberkeit würden wir mehr als fünf Sterne geben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die nächste Stadt sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen, man braucht allerdings ein Auto. 'This is a good villa in a quiet location away from the main tourist areas. Pros: - communication and knowledge of owners: recommended restaurants and sites to visit. - outstanding views from the Villa - the sunsets! - local sandy beaches within 10 min drive - quiet location - great local restaurants (favourite was Sabor) - responsive of owners to respond to issues (we had some issues with the drains) - outdoor areas and lovely, large pool. -Space in and around the Villa. -Marina Di Ragusa...

'We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door Arturro. Wat een lieve man. Het huis was perfect qua kamer en wat een uitzicht. Het huis is niet modern ingericht maar dat is niet zo belangrijk. Wel helaas erg veel spullen overal her en der. De eerste twee dagen hebben vooral opgeruimd en schoongemaakt om een beetje orde te scheppen. Ook een beetje uit liefde voor Arturro! Het huis is voldoende koel met alle ventilatoren Warm water was niet echt beschikbaar. Maar daar was het gelukkig te heet...

'Ons verblijf was heerlijk. We kwamen in de nacht aan, maar dat was geen enkel probleem. We kregen vooraf duidelijke instructies hoe we binnen konden komen. De volgende ochtend werden we erg hartelijk ontvangen en werd alles goed uitgelegd. En was voor een heerlijk ontbijt gezorgd. 'The villa was perfect for us - a family of 4 adults and 2 kids (age 3 and 5). We stayed with our little ones in the main house, with two comfortable double rooms, two shower rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities (essential for us), and a good-sized living room. 'We had a wonderful time - the bedrooms are all spacious and well appointed and location very peaceful. You need a car as there is nothing within walking distance and the bigger towns are at least 45 min drive but easy to access as are the lovely beaches with their fish restaurants. The owners were fantastic in dealing with any issues - we didn’t hear anything from the agent manager at all during our stay. 'We stayed in July with a group of 32- friends and their teenage children. The villa is stunning, in a quiet rural location only minutes to the sea and Ragusa itself. The rooms were spacious and always cool, a perfect sanctuary from the heat. The pool and entertaining areas were perfect for gatherings and afternoon cocktails. 'The villa is exactly as described - very comfortable and well designed for a bigger group. The pool is huge and very private, the house as well, and close to all facilities. The owner is very helpful if you need anything. We stayed there with 4 adults, which is very luxury with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I would recommend it to everybody. If you stay t here, pay a visit to Umore on the central square, for the best cocktails in town.'
