This two bedroom, two bath loft apartment has all of the amenities you will need. The loft is designed with the highest quality and features impeccable high end furnishings. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and spacious spa like baths are just the beginning. The living room is great for hosting or relaxing after a long day on comfortable leather couches and the fireplace creates a stunning ambiance. Great location, plenty of towels. Nice kitchen. Living areas offered gorgeous views of Columbia. One morning a hawk perched on the balcony railing looking for breakfast. Will be back!

We are native Columbians who have moved away but come back with our family every year. This location is close to the downtown area and most of our favorite restaurants. The owner was responsive to questions. The place was spacious. Easy entry into the garage and unit. We will consider this place again in the future!

Very nice, newer 2 bedroom unit on the top floor with views of COMO. Easy walking distance to downtown. Walkable or short drive to campus and the stadium. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I stayed at this condo downtown Columbia. It was very clean and comfortable. It was in a perfect location to walk to downtown eateries (shout out to Ernie's Cafe, Gumby's Pizza, and Sparky's). Easy in and out parking at the parking garage with a card swipe at the gate. We would definitely return to this location if in the downtown area again!

Great property with a fantastic view. The parking situation it wonderful. It’s like having your own parking lot. Yes being on the 7th floor took about 5 minutes to get out but worth it. It was my husband, my adult son and I. We enjoyed the location and room this apartment had to offer. Would rent again!
