'Stayed in Jordi's house for almost 2 weeks with older children. We really liked this. Spacious house with lots of equipment. Very quiet location and about a 12-minute walk from the beach and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. Communal pool is lovely and very quiet. A small point of criticism is the beds. They are very hard and not very comfortable. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful holiday. Thanks Jordi!'

'De locatie en uitzicht zijn erg mooi, strand is dichtbij , echter voor oudere mensen toch wel ver qua afstand en hellingen. Hogen wij er waren, waren wij zowat de enigen dus heel rustig. Misschien iets te rustig voor tieners, maar (groot)ouders prima. Het huis is mooi, ruim en netjes met een fantastisch zwembad empanadas dakterrasje, helaas was het toch iets te koud om te zwemmen, maar wel genoten van de mooie sterrenhemel. Enige (kleine) nadeel is dat alles (tv, informatie, spelletjes, lectuur)...

'Wir waren zu viert in der Finca und haben selten eine so saubere Unterkunft gesehen. Die Finca ist gut aufgeteilt. Die Terrasse bietet einen tollen Blick auf Sant Joan. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und wurden insgesamt gut betreut. Lediglich das Bad ist schon sehr klein. In der Beschreibung ist ein Gäste WC angegeben. Es gibt aber ein Bad mit einem WC. Das sollte man vielleicht klarstellen. Das hat unseren tollen Urlaub aber nicht beeinträchtigt. Viele Grüße Hans-Jürgen und Christiane Kreim '

'We must praise the outstanding hosts, Cati and Jaume. Excellent communication before & during the stay, and nothing was too much trouble. When visiting on our 2nd evening to complete registration, we pointed out that the coffee maker was not working - a replacement was delivered the next day. 'Hele fijne vakantie gehad ondanks de Corona tijd! De eigenaresse was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam als er wat was werd het gelijk opgelost. Het huis was heel groot en het zwembad was heel fijn en vooral schoon! Werd goed onderhouden door de eigenaar. Op loopafstand van het mooie strand van sa coma. Supermarkt vlak in de buurt. Zeker een aanrader om hier na toe te gaan. '

'The house is very well located close to the beach. The owner is friendly and easy in communication. A small issue with the washing machine was promptly fixed with help. The downside of the property, especially in fall, is the shaded garden because of the trees. The house was damp and even moldy in the upstairs bedroom. Besides the area is known for a lot of mosquito's with the nearby lake.'

'We (5 girls) had a very nice stay! We were there in the middle of the summer with pretty hot weather. The pool was very nice to cool off and look at the amazing view. The water is slightly salty, which we liked because there was not much chlorine scent in it. The house is very big and the kitchen had all we needed. Would really recommend!'

'Alles prima. Hat gut funktioniert. Sehr geräumige Wohnung. Top Lage. Gute Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Bus. Schöne Buchten in der Nähe. Kleines Manko: Trotz Reklamation eines Sonnenschirm und der Dusche am Anreisetag wurde das während des Aufenthalts nicht behoben. In der Küche würden ein paar Gläser und Tassen mehr den Komfort deutlich erhöhen..'

'Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst bij een mooie entree. De kamer was ook prachtig, zoals op de foto en alles zeer schoon. Prima ligging tov strand (2 minuten lopen), eetgelegenheden (5 min lopen) en centrum Alcudia (20 minuten lopen). Het ligt wel aan een drukke weg. Daar heb je in de kamer geen last van (goed geïsoleerd) maar aan het zwembad soms wel. Daarnaast is er wel wat achterstallig onderhoud aan de buitenkant en zwembad. Heeft nodig een opfrisbeurt nodig en losse plank met uitstekende spijkers...

'This is a really great place if you just want to relax and enjoy the beach. The beach is right in front of the door so you can enjoy the view all day long. The host who helped us check in, is a really nice guy! You can always call him if you need anything. The place was really clean and has everything you need. I would highy recommand this place if you want to stay close to the beach and want to enjoy a few beaches at the Noth side of the island. '
