Colombie - Location de condos pour les vacances de rêve

« Llegué a la hora indicada y no me recibieron. Éramos 13 personas en espera de ubicación. La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje. »

« Overall property was very nice and as pictured. As others have mentioned, the rooftop is what sets it apart with the kitchen opening up to a large rooftop with an 8 person jacuzzi that works. The communication with some of the 'hosts' for checkin was a little slow but not terrible; it's Colombia so one can expect a slower response time. I'd stay again. »
