'Very confusing at first. Address brought us to the Hilton not Home2suites. The curbs and sidewalks were deep snow and slippery. Hard to pull up to unload bags. Room was nice but outside entrance a mess'

'Wasn't happy that breakfast wasn't included. Also the pool was closed, and we were not made aware of it. Also, one elevator was out if order and the printer in the business center was out of order. Maintenance seems to be an issue here.'

'Staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was great, the breakfast area was neat and tidy and the variety of food choices was fantastic! There was something for everyone. I appreciated the coffee, tea and hot chocolate setup in the lobby area that was available at any time of the day or night. I would recommend this hotel to others.'

'It was okay for the night. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, beds were okay. We didn’t sleep very well, something in the room made our sinuses crazy. We were glad it was just the one night. Only big plus was the hot breakfast was good, the cold food was mostly stale.'

'You should let people know that the pool is closed indefinitely. We booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. We were disappointed with that. The clerk said that it has been closed for a while because there is a leak. '
