« This was an OK hotel but it’s the little things that matter. English was non existent with the staff, the heating/cooling in the room wouldn’t adjust and it was on 25 degrees the whole time when it was 35 outside. At times it felt hotter inside the hotel than outside, even in the foyer. As for the breakfast offering, well that was just plain bad. Won’t stay here again »

« The internet is seriously slow. If you use international mobile phone, their wifi cannot surf internet websites or app such as WhatsApp or Facebook. Hotel is too Chinese and catered to local guest. « Was scheduled to be in another hotel near city center, but last minute was changed to this hotel. I had not stayed here before, but intend to again! Very nice staff, and an especially attentive head concierge. The club lounge was great for meetings, snacks, helpful staff, etc. »

« It's a new hotel located in a newly developing area without any shops nor restaurants. The hotel has 1 restaurant which only offers menu same as for in room dining service, unless one makes a reservation 1 day in advance then they provide bit more choices of dishes. Hotel manager is kind and keen to ask for feedback. Overall stay is ok. There is much room for improvement though. »

« I stayed alone but next to my colleague’s room, at Classic Room which is spacious and comfortable. We had been served well throughout the arrival until departure. We took nice breakfast with plenty of choices every morning which environment is spacious and pleasant. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. Overall, we had very good experience in the hotel. »
