'La casa è in una posizione fantastica e mette a disposizione un terrazzo molto bello e molto utile. C’è stato qualche inghippo ma poi tutto si è risolto. Anche grazie alla pronta comunicazione con il proprietario. Consiglierei di dotare l’appartamento di un ripetitore del segnale Wi-Fi poiché il segnale risulta un po’ troppo scarso e segnalerei per tutti altezza in certi punti un po’ troppo critica! Le testate non sono mancate.. Nel complesso soggiorno con esperienza positiva , parcheggio auto...

'Overall very good but the basics were minimal, there were was only 2 toilet rolls for our stay of over 3 weeks. There was no cleaning equipment for dishes. There was no washing machine powder. Basic essentials were missing, otherwise very happy.'

'Casolare ben curato in mezzo al verde, ideale per chi cerca una vacanza di completo relax. Completano il tutto la pulizia e la disponibilità della signora Giacinta. Nulla è lassciato al caso, arredamento e spazi esterni curati nei particolari, questo fa sentire gli ospiti "a casa". Era proprio il posto che cercavo! '

'Es war unser erster Urlaub in Italien, aber definitiv nicht unser letzter! Das Haus besitzt alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen kann. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der Billiardtisch und der Tischkicker. Es gab Tage, da wollten unsere Kinder nicht weg. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. Auf der einen Seite die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge, auf der andern Seite das Meer. Die Vermieter Silvano und Rebecca waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der von ihnen empfohlene Strand...

'The house has a beautiful garden and swimming pool and is well equipped. We had the apartment on the first floor with covered terrace. It is a good spot to visit the sea, the mountains and beautiful villages.'

'Most wonderful place, plenty of room and an astonishing roof terrace with a great view on the valley. Location on top of a traditional mountain village is beautiful. Only car parking is a challenge.'

'ferienhaus in einem absolut sauberen zustand. alles vorhanden. top ruhige lage. pool in einem super zustand und auch richtig tief . ca 2,3 m im hinteren bereich ,vorne dann etwa 1,3 m. das wasser wurde regelmässig überprüft. kurz und knapp eines der besten ferienhäuser der letzten 25 jahre. betreuung durch luca allerbestens. sonnencreme nicht vergessen!'

'We stayed here for 2 weeks with 2 families ( 4 adults and 6 children). We had an amazing time here and the views from every side were incredible. The kids loved playing in the huge swimming pool. At night watching the sky full of stars and overall enjoying the peace and quiet. The owner and housekeeper were always available for any questions. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy precious time with family and loved ones.'

'De locatie was netjes en heel fijn: 100 mtr van de zee. Aangezien we vaak zelf willen koken was het goed om te zien dat er ruim voldoende 'keukeninventaris' aanwezig was. In de advertentie werd aangegeven dat er bed- en badlinnen etc. aanwezig zou zijn. Dit was wel minimaal. Voordeel was dat er een wasmachine stond de we dan ook gebruikt hebben. Maar we hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in een mooi appartement.'

'La casa è perfetta, non manca nulla ed è tenuta in maniera splendida. La zona è ideale come punto di partenza per chi vuole visitare il parco del Gran Sasso. Il paese è molto piccolo e mancano alcuni servizi utili come il bancomat, ma comunque nei paesi vicini si trova tutto. Se dovessimo tornare in Abruzzo torneremo sicuramente ad Ofena.'

'We immediately felt at home, a nice and clean house from which you can take beautiful walks in the mountains and hills. Beautiful beaches are not far away. We enjoyed our stay.'

'This place has a fantastic location! Very quiet for relaxing nights and close enough the Pescara, Pineto and Sylvi. Host is very quick to respond and is a very good person. The only drawback is cleanliness which could benefit from a little more rigor. '
