Villa's in Citerna

'Mooie locatie, veel rust, top zwembad, airco een must, veel gezellige hoekjes, zeer hulpvaardige, zeer bereikbaar en vriendelijke host, huis is zoals beschreven! Probleem met mieren, niet fijn maar wel meteen ‘hulp’ van de host! We willen zeker terug! Dankjewel voor de fijne vakantie! Familie De Jonghe'

'La Fenice was a perfect example of a traditional tuscan hideaway with nothing but hills and trees to gaze upon. The villa was spacious enough for us all - two families or four with kids under 12 and the grandparents! The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were all perfectly clean and comfortable (with aircon in every bedroom which was a welcome relief from the august heat) and the pool area was just beautiful with plenty of seating and grassy areas for the children to play. 'We had a great time. The house was very big and the pool was fantastic with a great view. The owners are very friendly and gave some nice and good tips for some things to do. We visited the villa in july 2019 with two families with in Total 9 people.'

'Mooi en rustig gelegen. Prachtig terras met uitzicht om buiten te eten. Zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen en loungeset in de schaduw en het uitzicht. Zeer ruime keuken met veel servies en pannen en dergelijke. Op 1 na alle kamers met dubbelbed en ruime badkamer. Totaal 6 kamers. Zeer steile toegangs oprit tot dichtbij de woning. Er is een andere toegang, waar je Max 2 auto’s kan parkeren, maar dan wel verder ander stijl pad te gaan. Om bij de oprit te komen moet je 3 km grindweg de berg...

'We enjoyed a lovely week staying at Villa Costa Piccola. Leonella was very helpful with any queries we had both before and during our stay, and made us a lovely tiramisu on arrival which the whole family enjoyed. Lots of places to explore locally (we visited Montepulciano, Arezzo, Assisi and Gubbio). We also spent a couple of days at the villa enjoying the pool and the peace and quiet. Villa was spotless and well equipped. Supermarkets in Umbertide were easy to get to for any supplies needed....

'Have stayed in area before, but not Cortona. We were taken around the property by Nonna and her grandson. A great team. They bogg live on siteNonna was attentive but not intrusive, and always left us tomatoes and basil from her garden, but spoke no english - more of a comment about us than her as it would have been great to talk to her more fully. A lovely lady. Stefano was great as translator, go to guy for info - taxi firms, air con specialists, bar to watch womens footy final! Etc A great...

'Bellissimo casolare ben tenuto con magnifico giardino e grande piscina. La padrona di casa gentilissima e molto discreta. Abbiamo soggiornato in agosto con amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Assolutamente consigliato!'

'Zoals ook al door anderen aangegeven doen de foto’s geen recht aan het huis. Huis is vele malen fijner dan de foto’s je laten denken. Tuin is fantastisch . We komen zeker terug'
