'Plantation is a comfortable, reasonably priced property on the island. It is walkable to some things, and a short drive to others. We have stayed here on multiple occasions and would not hesitate to stay here again. This is not to say it is perfect - there are minor things that sometimes need to be fixed/improved - but overall it is a good pick. 'In town for an event. We were able to rent a golf cart on site and use to go to on a beach run and out to eat. Our cottage was small but clean and good for what we needed. Only issue was a leak somewhere under the sink that collected lots of water. They gave us extra towels until maintainance arrived. Would definately stay again.'

'Stayed at The Place during Sandcastle Festival. Great location to catch the shuttle to the beach where the castles were being built. Only negative was the lousy breakfast. For $250 per night I expect something hot other than the coffee. The coffee was pretty bad, too.'
