'The place seems nice in pictures, But when you arrive you are greeted with cockarochs , air-conditioning barley works, No hot water, sheets stained, the wood on the bed was rotten. broke to the floor after just sitting down on it.. i called and they would not give a refund.. no property management what so ever.. my vacation became a nightmare'

'The apartment was beautiful, with terraces and ocean views. They were a few things, though that were disappointing. The light in the kitchen was burned out, the battery in the remote control for the ceiling fan was dead so we couldn’t turn the fan on & there was an abysmal water pressure in the shower. 'The facilities are amazing. Incredible private views. Very quiet. Paradise-like. Service under delivered on expectations. A few examples: lengthy wait for food once ordered, customer service didn’t pick up phone, no chef at golf club grill and therefore no breakfast, housekeeping forgot to restock mini bar. All signs that they are struggling with staffing. We had a wonderful stay despite these annoyances. '
