'The stay was super amazing from the get go. The hotel staff being the limelight, from when we entered the hotel till we exited, they were nothing less than fantastic, polite, efficient and courteous. In terms of the property itself, really amazing rooms, you can book your own private onsen, dinner and breakfast are included and they were very adjusting of our dietary restrictions (including vegetarian). 'It is placed in a quiet neighborhood which was nice, but a little far from convenience stores etc. I went by car, so there was no problem, they got Parking outside which was free. Everything was pretty good, staff was friendly, not a lot of guests which was nice, and the garden inside was insta worthy. Only thing was the shared bathroom, guess we can't do anything about that.'

'Wow. This was amazing. I don’t know where to even begin. The ryokan was absolutely beautiful. Yes, like some other reviews said, it was a bit dated but honestly I’m totally ok with that as it keeps the tradition alive. There were tatami floors throughout the ryokan. 'I really appreciate the staff's help with my special requests, professionalism and friendliness. The cherry blossom tree above at least the men's part of the outdoor bath was a nice touch, as was the free breakfast. The hotel facilities look quite new too. My nitpick is that there were no nearby restaurants open for dinner at the time of my trip, so I ate at other places before returning here.'
