Villa's in Chincoteague

'this place is great! Check in was smooth and easy. Owner Ed was always available if we had any questions, but not intrusive. The place was very comfortable for 6 of us, although 2 were children who slept in the sofa bed in the living room area. The location of the Villa is outstanding, a one minute walk to a fun water park and we got 2 day passes that the 2 kiddos could use every day. that was such a kind thing to include in our stay and saved us a lot of money.. Also excellent was the bikes...

'Clean and well-stocked. Fresh linens and pillows enough for all of us. Staff was very friendly and available. Everything felt like it was walking distance very close to the entrance of the beach at the time I would definitely book again.'

'This is a great location - may be the closest spot to stay on the way to the park that includes the beach. Accommodations are simple, but the price is right. We stayed here with 6 adults. The pull-out bed downstairs was cracked in the middle so the mattress sagged. I told the host about it after we left and he said he had a guy who would fix the bed.'

'A great spot for a quick weekend getaway in the fall. Might feel cramped for longer stays but perfect for what we needed. Pool was a nice addition when it got rainy but it was a but chilly.'

'I was pleased with my stay except the rental was advertised at checkout 11:00 and checking 4:00 pm. When I arrived a note informed me I could check in after 2:00 and checkout was 10:00 am. The information on Vrbo should be accurate'

'My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The location was easy walking distance to the Assateague bridge and many food trucks/restaurants, yet was very quiet in the later hours. Our kids loved the indoor pool and the extras offered. We are already planning a repeat stay!'

'Great central location. Not fancy, but very functional. The bath linens are quite worn and the space is dated (the washcloths would not be fit for my rag bag) - but it was fine for what we needed. We had no communication with the Mng so that can be a plus or minus depending on your expectations. We are self sufficient so it worked great for us.'
