'La casa è in una posizione fantastica e mette a disposizione un terrazzo molto bello e molto utile. C’è stato qualche inghippo ma poi tutto si è risolto. Anche grazie alla pronta comunicazione con il proprietario. Consiglierei di dotare l’appartamento di un ripetitore del segnale Wi-Fi poiché il segnale risulta un po’ troppo scarso e segnalerei per tutti altezza in certi punti un po’ troppo critica! Le testate non sono mancate.. Nel complesso soggiorno con esperienza positiva , parcheggio auto...

'We stayed at the house for 3 weeks and it was amazing. The rooms were nice and tidy, bathrooms perfect. Kitchen was very well equipped, it had everything! The large swimming pool was a welcome addition to our stay. Also the village nearby (San Vito Chietino) was very cosy. We will certainly come back and visit your beautiful house! 'ferienhaus in einem absolut sauberen zustand. alles vorhanden. top ruhige lage. pool in einem super zustand und auch richtig tief . ca 2,3 m im hinteren bereich ,vorne dann etwa 1,3 m. das wasser wurde regelmässig überprüft. kurz und knapp eines der besten ferienhäuser der letzten 25 jahre. betreuung durch luca allerbestens. sonnencreme nicht vergessen!'

'Es war unser erster Urlaub in Italien, aber definitiv nicht unser letzter! Das Haus besitzt alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen kann. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der Billiardtisch und der Tischkicker. Es gab Tage, da wollten unsere Kinder nicht weg. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. Auf der einen Seite die tolle Aussicht auf die Berge, auf der andern Seite das Meer. Die Vermieter Silvano und Rebecca waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der von ihnen empfohlene Strand...

'Een zeer nette, ruime, mooie en volledig uitgeruste woning gelegen op een landelijk domein met als tuin het Majella gebergte. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijke en correcte mensen.'

'Overall very good but the basics were minimal, there were was only 2 toilet rolls for our stay of over 3 weeks. There was no cleaning equipment for dishes. There was no washing machine powder. Basic essentials were missing, otherwise very happy.'

'We stayed here for 2 weeks with 2 families ( 4 adults and 6 children). We had an amazing time here and the views from every side were incredible. The kids loved playing in the huge swimming pool. At night watching the sky full of stars and overall enjoying the peace and quiet. The owner and housekeeper were always available for any questions. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy precious time with family and loved ones.'

'De locatie was netjes en heel fijn: 100 mtr van de zee. Aangezien we vaak zelf willen koken was het goed om te zien dat er ruim voldoende 'keukeninventaris' aanwezig was. In de advertentie werd aangegeven dat er bed- en badlinnen etc. aanwezig zou zijn. Dit was wel minimaal. Voordeel was dat er een wasmachine stond de we dan ook gebruikt hebben. Maar we hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in een mooi appartement.'

'La casa è perfetta, non manca nulla ed è tenuta in maniera splendida. La zona è ideale come punto di partenza per chi vuole visitare il parco del Gran Sasso. Il paese è molto piccolo e mancano alcuni servizi utili come il bancomat, ma comunque nei paesi vicini si trova tutto. Se dovessimo tornare in Abruzzo torneremo sicuramente ad Ofena.'

'We were not able to stay in this apartment, finding out as we arrived for check in at 5pm that there was a power outage in the house, that was communicated by an Italian groundskeeper. Luckily, our sister in law speaks Italian and was able to manage the transfer to a nearby hotel. Note that the online booking manager for the house lives in California, and was not able to be contacted immediately. Once we were in contact with her (about one hour later), she gave an immediate Venmo refund and...

Een paradijs in niemandsland.

"Alles was perfect. Zeer fijne gastheer en -vrouw die voor alles klaar staan, zelfs om voor vervoer te zorgen naar Agriturismo en wijngaard. Volledige nette uitgeruste accommodatie. Prachtige vieuw op het omringde landschap, zeker vanuit het zwembad. Zeer ruim privé zwembad. Aangenaam welkomspakket om de eerste avond en ochtend door te komen. Vriendelijke huisdieren. Kortom een dikke 10."

"We waren met ons vieren, elk een 2 persoon kamer met douche, geweldige onderkomens. Je keek je ogen uit( ook in de kamer). Elke vierkante meter heeft een feestje voor de ogen, een prachtige vaas, een muurschildering, een beeld etc etc, en dat over het hele terrein. Gewikkeld in natuurschoon , uitzicht over de bergen. Een heerlijk fris en schoon zwembad , overal zitjes , tafeltjes, schaduwplekken. We hebben er 2 keer gedineerd, smaakvol en gezellig met liefdevolle aandacht van de host. Volop een echte aanrader!! Joke. "
