'Things we loved- Parking was easy. Check in was straight forward. The hosts had the unit nice and warm which was great on a chilly day. The bed was wonderful, and the place had plenty of towels. The location was 2 blocks from the bus station heading into downtown and 1 block from the bus station getting dropped back off. 'The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. 'The location of this vacation house was ideal for walking and touring the Capita and within walking distance to a grocery and convenience stores. The house was clean and organized. A couple of upgrades would make it a little more comfortable. My only inconvenience I expressed to the owner was they have infant children upstairs and you could hear them walking around. It was not to bothersome but it was unexpected. '
