'The hotel is just new and has all the potential for a great stay, but currently some of the little things just make it not a 5/5. Our room wasn’t clean (there were nail clippings in the sink!) and when we mentioned it to the desk, it took 2 days for it to be actually cleaned.. in tulum you basically go everywhere by bike, but a 2 person room only gets 1 bike.. so you still end up paying. 'The staff was great!! Very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a treehouse. It was an excellent choice. The views were unique, room was clean. The beach club is also really fun and inviting. Good food too. Can’t wait to go back.'
